Day 1, Day 2, Day 3
I remember looking at the list on http://www.themilitarydiet.com and going no way. That is not enough to eat. I’ll be starving. Needless to say I did cheat on the the first day, a serving and a half of Kettle corn. The second day? Well it was National BYOC day at 7 – Eleven. I just had to go get a Slurpee. The little ones did the BYOC, and I? Well I bought a small Slurpee and could not finish it. It was too sweet after eating unsweetened food for the past 5 meals. That night? Well I didn’t substitute, and maybe I should have but I had a little bit of Ranch to dip my Broccoli in. I do not like the flower part of the broccoli. And the third night? I had a tablespoon of chocolate with my icecream.
All in all? I lost 3.6 pounds. Not the 10 lbs I was told was possible. Could I have lost more if I had been exercising? Probably. I am doing this again this weekend and over the next four days I am watching what I am eating. Trying to stay within the same calorie range as I ate over the weekend. Slowly loosing weight. And drinking tons of water. And the horror of all things: Exercise.
